How do I return an item?

Returns Process:
On request we will forward you a Return Authorization Form via  e-mail. Fill it out, and send to PEVSCO. A RMA# will be assigned to the package. Returns without RMA# will be refused.
     1. Your RMA form MUST be included in the return package.
     2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
         Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
         All returned items must be brand new in original packaging.
         Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
         Send the return package to the address listed on your RMA.
      3. You can expect a refund to the same payment used in 10            days following our receipt of the returned items. 
If you purchased a product in error: it may be returned to PEVSCO with a 30% restocking fee up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days: an order cannot be returned.   
PEVSCO honors manufacturer’s warranty on all products sold on our website. Should warranty issues arise, please use our Return Authorization Form to file a warranty claim.
Special & Custom Orders:
Orders for custom, special, and non-stocking products and are not returnable.
Change Orders Prior to Shipment:
We will make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Please have your order number at hand, and contact us as soon as possible.
